I'm a software developer working for ThoughtWorks as senior consultant since 2010. Started professional software development around 1999 going from Bioinformatics research, People Counting, Banking and Retail. Nowadays I'm focused around Continuous Delivery which in the end comprehends almost every sociological and technical aspect of software development. On this topic I started another site Refactoring Teams which is a more dry, based on research, reading on human factors and software teams.
