Warm-up Routine 1
After stretching your muscles need some work before you can engage your studies. I started developing a routine which takes approximately 12 minutes and tries to use most of my muscles on both hands/arms.
Patterns
There are six patterns on this routine:
- Pick/Fret Workout 1 - Pattern 1
- Alt Picking 1
- Pick/Fret Workout 1 - Pattern 3
- Pick/Fret Workout 2 - Pattern 1
- Pick/Fret Workout 2 - Pattern 2
- Major/Minor Scale - 3 notes run

Here's a video of the practice, all exercises will start a little slower and then will speedup, but not too much, remember we are warming up our muscles.
